If you suffer damage that was caused by the fault of another person; you have the absolute right to receive compensation, depending upon the circumstances and the nature of the damage.
If the person
liable for such damage resides in Quebec, or if the damage
is the result of an event which took place in Quebec, you may appeal to

Damage may have been caused for example under the following circumstances :

Damage resulting from such circumstances may be a material or bodily injury or resulting from a physical or psychological prejudice. For example, damage can result in the following :
Pecuniary loss, loss of income, material loss, loss of enjoyment or benefit related to the right of property, physical disability, psychological disability expressed in terms of anatomicophysiological deficit by a specialist, aesthetic damage, injury, fracture, traumatism, fear, losses, pain and inconvenience resulting from the death of a spouse, a common law spouse, a child, etc.
If such an event occurs in your life, and that you or a member of your family, a friend or an acquaintance is affected, have in mind that I am at your service and that I will be able to help the person who is affected to obtain the best compensation for the damage suffered (provided that the person liable for such a damage resides in Quebec, or that the event which gives rise to the damage took place in Quebec).
